Will my customers see that my product is shipped from China?

No, we conceal the China origin for most countries. We achieve this by only sending the last-mile tracking link to customers once the order arrives in the destination country. Packages are pre-labeled for domestic shipping, and we inject them directly into the local delivery carrier’s network. This makes it appear as though the package is traveling from a local fulfillment center, providing your customers with a localized delivery experience, complete with a local tracking number and custom packaging.

Is there a minimum order volume to work with Prime Bio Labs?

To maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency, we don't have a minimum order volume but we do have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 500 units.
Before working with us, you’ll need to place a first production order of at least 500 pieces.
This ensures we only work with serious, active brands who are ready to scale — allowing us to deliver the best possible service and long-term support.

We partner with strategically located warehouses to facilitate returns and create return labels. This helps keep return logistics efficient while maintaining your brand’s reputation.

Can returns be sent back to the China warehouse?

Yes, although we recommend handling returns locally to avoid brand perception issues and reduce costs. Our warehouse can accept returns to China.

What if a parcel goes missing?

In the rare event a parcel goes missing, we promptly flag it with the carrier and coordinate with customer service teams to investigate. If the issue is confirmed to be the carrier's fault, we take full responsibility and offer a FREE reshipment to maintain customer satisfaction.

Can I use custom shipping packaging?

Yes, we can accommodate custom shipping packaging. We have our own custom packaging factory, allowing us to create unique packaging that reflects your brand. If you already have custom packaging, you can send it to our warehouse, and we will use it to pack your orders. This ensures that your customers receive a consistent and branded experience from start to finish.
